After being involved in retained executive search over 15 years, I formed Belle Associates, Inc. to conduct Full-Cycle Recruiting on a partial-retainer basis, focusing within Healthcare.
Prior to starting the firm, I spent three years with the Organizational Development Consulting division of Ernst & Young, five years with Spencer Stuart & Associates - an independent, international, retainer-based executive search firm; and five years with Hyde-Danforth & Co. - a boutique search & outplacement firm. I possess a bachelor's degree in Communications from Columbia College. I pride myself in delivering thorough, professional results, & successfully complete each portion of the search/assignment, utilizing proven strategic and creative processes and methodologies... from competitive "target list" development and prospect identification, to candidate profiling, interview scheduling, and beyond.
