  Yep, my vet told me that. Mites can't breathe when they are coated in oil so they tend to let loose of the animal and... the only animals to get mites. There are also mites that go after reptiles and snakes and baby oil gets rid of them....

  I have to agree with naj. I have had experience with all the breeds mentioned and I wouldn't want to bring some of them... for the dog that fits. Check with a vet too, many of them will know which breeders consistently have the best animals....
